Dan Middleton Senior Director, Clinical Excellence Planning and Development Dan oversees the Catalight Research Institute’s strategic and long-range goal planning function where he is focused on developing and building employment services for the neurodiverse community. He also partners with state and federal government agencies along with the Easterseals National Office. Prior to joining Catalight, Dan worked in senior management positions for a number of fortune 500 organizations and started two of his own companies. In 2005, he became a career and executive coach helping hundreds of clients navigate their company’s culture and find new employment. In his spare time, he provides career and job coaching to adults on the spectrum for a San Francisco autism organization.
