The annual list honors women in four categories: Lifestyle, Impact, Innovation and Investment. Armiger is one of 50 women in the Impact category, which includes notable leaders in education, philanthropy, government and nonprofits. “Recognizing and celebrating women’s achievements is essential to creating a more equitable society and inspiring the next generation of leaders,” said Susan Armiger, CEO of Catalight. “I’m honored to be included among so many women I admire for their vision, innovation and purpose-driven work.” When Armiger joined the organization in 2011, it was a small, local nonprofit serving 500 people with developmental disabilities.
