About Compass-Behavioral Compass-B is a program designed to focus on you—your self-perception, life goals, and learning aspirations. Through Compass-B, you will concentrate on enhancing your executive functioning skills. The program provides tools to help you with tasks like organizing your day or improving flexibility in social interactions. Examples of Executive Functioning Flexible Thinking Working Memory Self-Monitoring Task Initiation Planning and Prioritizing Organization Impulse Control Emotional Control Benefits of Compass-Behavioral With Compass-B, you will learn more about yourself and pick the elements that fit your needs best. Compass-Behavioral isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about being yourself but being better at the things you want to be better at. Understanding social situations Manage your time Understand others better Understanding your own emotions Advocate for your needs And more! What Does it Look Like? Compass-Behavioral is entirely driven by you.
