Connie Santilli Chair Connie recently served as Vice President, Enterprise & Emerging Markets for global retailer, Gap Inc. She is a distinguished executive who seamlessly blends deep technology acumen with business operations expertise, driving vision and strategy for transformational outcomes. Connie also has a proven history in building world-class teams, driving software innovation and solutions at a global scale. Early in her career, Connie served as General Manager for RCM Technologies and at Innowave Consulting as VP of Commercial Strategy; both professional services firms focused on improving organization effectiveness for startups to F100 companies, including Disney and Apple. She first began her career as an accounting leader with expertise in financial reporting and operations management for organizations including Thomson Reuters, Sperry Topsider Inc. and McGraw-Hill Inc. Connie currently serves on the audit committee for the non-profits Global Fund for Women and on the board of Senior Coastsiders. She is an advisory board member for the startups Game Change Agency / Networked and RainLocal. Connie is passionate about fostering and advancing diversity and gender equity as a member of the Professional Business Women of California, Financial Women of San Francisco and Athena Alliance organizations.
