Courtney Schlueter Licensed Practical Nurse, Clinical Excellence Project Specialist Courtney is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over 20 years of experience and a proud member of the Developmental Disabilities Nurses Association. Her breadth of experience includes caring for individuals with developmental disorders, educating marginalized and displaced young adults post-Hurricane Katrina and launching primary care practices during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, she has served as an acute care hospital case manager with a focus on mental health, social drivers of health in addition to access and equity. As the Clinical Excellence Project Specialist at Catalight, Courtney brings a comprehensive understanding of care models to support families and caregivers in this field. Her breadth of experiences uniquely positions her to provide holistic, compassionate care.
