Michelle Befi, MA, LMFT, AAMFT Clinical Fellow Senior Vice President, Sustainable Program Design Michelle Befi is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and practicing clinician with expertise in human development and human systems. Over the past two decades, she has served in clinical, administrative, technical, operational, and strategic roles at behavioral health organizations where she has built and scaled high-quality programs focused on supporting individuals, families and communities impacted by developmental disabilities. At the Catalight Research Institute, she creates sustainable programs that drive large-scale societal impact, address true community need, reimagine traditional funding models, and increase the organization’s overall capacity and capabilities. Michelle contributes both clinical and program perspectives and is passionate about developing innovate treatment options that are accessible, effective and aligned with the evolving needs of our clients and the community. In addition, she is focused on ensuring that our programs and services have meaningful and sustainable impact.
