Tracy Gayeski, Psy.D., MBA Chief Health Officer Dr. Gayeski is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist with more than 20 years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities. She also has an MBA specializing in Healthcare Management. As the Chief Health Officer, Dr. Gayeski oversees the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations, provider network activities, as well as the Catalight Research Institute. Dr. Gayeski is passionate about expanding treatment modalities and choices for clients and families with developmental disabilities, developing and supporting high-performing and wellbeing-driven teams, implementing and tracking a suite of metrics to drive operational success, and improving efficiency. Most importantly, she is committed to ensuring clients and families receive care based on a person-centered approach. She also emphasizes the importance of listening to clients and families and bringing together their perspectives with empirically-based medical interventions. Prior to working at Catalight Care Services, Dr. Gayeski was a director and practitioner at Kaiser Permanente with oversight and accountability for Autism Services, Behavioral Health Clinics, a Chemical Dependency Day Treatment Program, and Primary and Specialty Care Psychology Programs. She has also served as a neuropsychologist for a large home health organization where she worked on a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team helping individuals with acquired brain injuries.
