Treatment Options

Informed by the latest research in the field, we offer flexible and individualized treatment options for families and individuals living with developmental disabilities. By focusing on person-centered care, we are able to help drive better outcomes. Our treatment options can fall into multiple categories including interventions based in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), caregiver-mediated*, developmental relationship-based and coaching or direct with client interventions.

Focused on dangerous and severe behavior, Calibrate ABA is a parent-mediated approach to care with a concentrated focus on behavior reduction.

Parents and caregivers lead their child’s care, using daily ABA strategies to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors, minimizing the need for paraprofessionals.

A caregiver-led naturalistic developmental and language-based intervention for children six and under. Suits families who prefer a developmental approach to treatment.

An ABA based coaching program where the teen or adult works directly with a licensed/certified behavioral health expert to focus on areas important to the client to promote self-determination and wellbeing.

A career advancement tool designed for neurodiverse candidates who are seeking lifelong employment. The tool provides a complete range of career services to support participants throughout their career journey.

A parent-mediated program designed to improve the wellbeing of people with profound intellectual multiple disabilities (PIMD) and their families. Connect focuses on communication, daily living skills and challenging behavior.

Paraprofessionals implement ABA treatment plans during scheduled sessions. Parents and caregivers participate during the session and meet with the licensed/certified clinician for training.

A manualized parent-mediated program that guides therapists in the teaching of tailored ABA-based behavioral strategies to families of autistic or I/DD children with co-occurring challenging behaviors.

A peer group led by trained professionals for school aged children to young adults with a deficit in social skills. The focus is to learn how to effectively interact and communicate with others.

*Our caregiver-mediated care options do not certify caregivers as Registered Behavior Technicians and we do not pay caregivers.
